Product Introduction
The plastic protective net used underground in coal mines is a "dual resistance" plastic net independently developed by our company, which has national coal safety certification. This product is easy to construct, has low cost, and is safe and aesthetically pleasing. Its main characteristics are that friction is not easy to generate static electricity, good flame retardant performance, strong anti-corrosion ability, easy construction and transportation, easy coal washing, and strong load-bearing capacity in both vertical and horizontal directions.
Product features
This product is a square grid structure formed by using polypropylene baking as the main raw material, treated with flame retardant and anti-static technology, and subjected to biaxial stretching method. 1. Friction is less likely to generate static electricity. In the environment of coal mines, the average surface resistance of plastic mesh is below 1x109Q; 2. Good flame retardant performance. In an open flame environment, it only melts and does not burn, even if it burns for no more than 10 seconds before extinguishing. 3. It is convenient for coal washing. The density of this plastic mesh is around 0.92, which is lower than the density of water. During the coal washing process, the broken mesh floats on the water surface and is easy to rinse off;
4. Strong corrosion resistance and aging resistance.
5. Easy for construction and transportation. Plastic mesh is relatively soft and should not scratch workers during construction. It has the advantages of easy curling, bundling, cutting, and light weight, making it easy to transport, carry, and construct underground. 6. It has strong load-bearing capacity in both vertical and horizontal directions. After being processed by extrusion and stretching processes, the molecular structure of the plastic mesh is reoriented and the tensile strength of the material is 2-3 times higher than before stretching. The reinforcement and ribs formed by bi-directional stretching are mutually toxic and straight, and this structure allows the pressure applied to the mesh surface to be effectively transmitted to the surrounding reinforcement through the nodes, greatly improving the overall load-bearing capacity of the mesh surface. When an external force is applied to a particular reinforcement (or rib), it also evenly distributes the external force to other reinforcement (or rib), reducing the concentrated bearing capacity of a single reinforcement, making it less likely to cause rib fracture. Due to the fact that this plastic mesh is biaxially stretched rather than woven, the variation at the mesh end is small, and the mesh size is uniform, which can effectively prevent the falling of coal fragments, protect the safety of underground workers and the operation of mining cars.
Product Usage
This product is mainly used as a false roof and support for the split mining of thick coal seams in coal mines. It can also be used as a support material for various tunnels such as staggered roadway, support roadway, anchor spray roadway, etc. It can also be used as a support material for other mining tunnel engineering and slope protection engineering.
The anchoring and strengthening materials for underground civil engineering and traffic road engineering are the best alternative products for plastic textile mesh and steel wire mesh. When used for false roofs, it is necessary to use a combination of two or more layers.
Usage
The use of protective mesh in tunnel support generally adopts the lateral laying method. The specific operation is as follows:
1. Unfold the mesh in the tunnel and cut it into one or more segments according to the length of the upper support perimeter of the tunnel.
2. The length of the perimeter mesh and the cutting length of the mesh should be determined by the using unit in the "Working Regulations for Roadway Excavation Faces" based on the width, shape, and rock and mineral properties of the roadway.
3. Spread the cut mesh along the perimeter of the upper support of the roadway, and connect it with the original support mesh by no less than 100mm.
4. Use a metal binding wire with a diameter of 1.2-1.8mm to repeatedly pass through the holes of the newly laid mesh and the existing mesh, and rotate the binding hook more than five times to tighten it.
5. Behind the roadway support, inside and outside the mesh, metal or wood or bamboo backboards can be used to strengthen the support according to the safety requirements.
